If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, returns of non-sale items initiated within 30 days of the purchase date can be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) for items in their original condition.
Please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return your purchase. To aid us in processing your return, please ensure that you have your order number and email address associated with the order on hand.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued via the same form as the original payment type.
We want to see you out there in the product that best meets your needs. Items in unworn, salable condition may be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive the information to return your goods within 2 business days. Once we receive your return item please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect the return, process the old item into inventory, and fulfill your replacement.
**Custom baseball guards are non-returnable unless print quality defects are evident. If approved, a full refund and option to re-place the order is issued. All claims must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase.
Once an order is placed on our website, G-Form’s warehouse can process and ship most orders within the first 4-8 hours, sometimes even faster! For this reason, we can attempt to cancel the order within the first hour of it being placed, but we cannot make any guarantees. For orders outside the cancellation window, please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. For peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking service.
Sale items are non-returnable.
If the following conditions are not met, G-Form reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
