Born in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, G-Form was formed to provide athletes with better ways to stay protected. What started as a revolution in biking protection sparked the groundbreaking innovations in other sports, such as baseball, soccer, lacrosse, and more, as well as military and tactical solutions.

In addition to SmartFlex®, G-Form now offers RE ZRO®—a revolutionary, plant-based impact protection technology. RE ZRO® pads are naturally soft and flexible without the need for added shells or hard components, offering seamless comfort and certified protection. Designed with sustainability in mind, RE ZRO® is biodegradable, non-toxic, and built for performance across a range of sports and activities. It’s our next leap forward in comfort, performance, and responsibility.

At G-Form, impact protection goes beyond athletes—it also means minimizing our impact on the environment. We believe true sustainability starts with smart design. By creating high-quality, durable gear that lasts longer, we help reduce waste before it begins. Because protecting athletes and protecting the planet go hand in hand.
Durability is the foundation of our sustainability approach. Our pads are engineered with a patented sealed system that forms a waterproof barrier, protecting against sweat, weather, and wear. This innovative design significantly extends product life compared to traditional pads—keeping countless worn-out products out of landfills.
We're also committed to clean, responsible materials and we’re continuously evolving our processes and partnerships to do even more. One of our two key technologies, RE ZRO, is the first 100% recyclable and fully biodegradable protection solution. G-Form’s RE ZRO products are engineered to completely biodegrade in 3-5 years if they end up in landfill, leaving no microplastics and effectively returning to “zro”. All products with RE ZRO are made from a single polymer, allowing for easy recycling at the end of the product lifecycle. Additionally, we leverage DHL GoGreen Plus which is a sustainability solution that reduces carbon emissions of shipments up to 30% by using Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) instead of traditional jet fuel.
